Training archive: 2002/3, 2004/5, 2005/6, 2006/7, 2007/8Well this will be my sixth year of recording my training here! Last year I started well, but kept getting sick andthus it was a bit hit and miss on meeting my goals; I went on to contract glandular fever and miss a bunch of the season, but still got some good results. I took a good long three month break from training, and thus hopefully am fully well to get on with it this time! Similar plan to usual, I think it might be a little ambitious (probably as usual...), as I feel I am doing more quality than quantity these days, but still good to have some sort of plan to follow.
