History: When I first arrived at yellowbike in Massachusetts in 2000, this became my general purpose hack bike and saw a lot of use in randonees and event rides where I was promoting the brand. It is quite nice to ride - a comfortable position, although the arms are a bit cramped - I prefer to have my arms stretched out. But typically of Dutch bikes it is pretty heavy; this got even worse when I added a front suspension fork later. Good training pedalling it uphill in the big chainring though! Purpose: Just general riding, from going to the shops to centuries. I liked it, but not enough to keep it after I left yellowbike. ![]() |
