Visiting the homeland, Sep '07


After being in Eugene just shy of one year, I took a two week trip back to the UK with Misha - she had never been before, so it was fun showing her my country. We covered a lot of ground (1700 miles driving!) in
order to visit friends and family and get up to the very north of Scotland. Slightly strange going home but not going 'home' anymore - my mum has moved house since I left, so no longer am I returning to the old family
home. Still, she is very happy in her new abode, and I have a new home of my own here now. Here are a few pictures from our travels:
