The Hachi - 2007: New handlebars

My lowracer has performed great in circuit races in the UK, but for riding on the road the forward vision is so restricted that it isn't so good. Here in Oregon there is a 75 mile recumbent race in May - WASCO, up near Portland, which I would like to use Hachi for. So with that in mind I have built some new handlebars which give me a better forward view and also a more relaxed arm position and greater control. During the car park test they seem to fit well; I'll to take a longer test ride to evaluate them further.

I have also fitted some 160mm cranks - having been training with 155s to match the Varna hour record machine, I have found them to feel much better than longer cranks, and so decided to drop down on Hachi too.
